By accessing and using AUX Binary ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the Platform.

Permission is granted to temporarily use AUX Binary for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Trading Services

AUX Binary provides automated trading services and AI-powered trading tools. You acknowledge that all trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable securities laws.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on AUX Binary are provided on an 'as is' basis. AUX Binary makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall AUX Binary or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if AUX Binary has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Modifications

AUX Binary may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. By using this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms & Conditions.
